Latin Placement Service

The Latin Placement Service in the Classics Department at the University of Texas at Austin posts Latin teaching positions in public and private schools all over Texas and in nearby states. We also notify Latin teachers on our list who may be seeking employment.

Latin Opening- Austin ISD (40% +60% other)

Dear UT Latin Placement Service:

Please note that the previous 40% Latin opening at Porter Middle School in
the Austin Independent School District can now become a full-time, 100%
position. Latin remains at 40%, but the person should also be able to
teach either ESL, Spanish, inclusion, or a combination thereof, for the
remaining 60%. A full-time position would, of course, also include
benefits, including medical insurance.
