The Latin Placement Service in the Classics Department at the University of Texas at Austin posts Latin teaching positions in public and private schools all over Texas and in nearby states. We also notify Latin teachers on our list who may be seeking employment.

Latin/English Teacher- Concord, North Carolina

Cannon School in Concord, North Carolina is currently seeking an upper
school Latin instructor who is also willing and able to teach courses in
English. Currently scheduled for 2006-07 are Latin I, II, and III and
courses in Greek/Latin Literature in translation and World Religions.
Teaching experience preferred. Women and minorities are encouraged to
apply.

Cannon is a co-educational private school located in Concord, North
Carolina, just north of Charlotte (for more information, see the school
website: www.cannonschool.org). Latin is a relatively new offering at
Cannon, and we welcome candidates interested in helping to build a vibrant
and active program in the Classics.
