Status BarThe Status Bar appears in all views of WebCal. The Status Bar contains Today's Date, the List of Months, Working Date, the Information Box, and the Calendar Selection Box.Status Bar
Today's Date This box indicates today's day and date. Clicking on "Today" will take you to the Day view for today's date.Today's Date
List of MonthsClick on any of the months to see its Month View. The month currently being displayed is printed in red. List of Months
Working DateWebCal's reference date. When you select the Month, Week, or Day View, WebCal will display the calendar that contains the Working Date. The default date for the Working Date is today's date. Working Date
Information BoxThis box displays the current user, the user's group, and the current calendar. Click on "User" to login and click on "Group" to change groups. You may also click on "Login" to access your account, and "Logoff" to temporarily leave your account.Information Box
Calendar Selection BoxThis box allows the user to select other calendars to view. Highlight the name of the calendar you wish to view and click the "Select Cal" button. Calendar Selection Box

DatesClick on any date to access its day view. Today's date is displayed in a large red font.Click on any date to access its day view. Appointments Appointments, Calls and To Do Items are not displayed in the Year View. Appointments are listed in chronological and then priority order. Click on the appointment's title to access the optional memo.Access the Appointments View by clicking the "# Appts" at the bottom of the screen. CallsThe scheduled number of Calls and To Do items are listed in the appropriate date's box. Click on "# Calls" or "# To Dos" to go to the Calls or To Do View screen for that day.The scheduled Calls and To Do items are listed in the Calls and To Do boxes.Access the Calls View by clicking the "# Calls" at the bottom of the screen. AddThe Year view is primarily for navigation. Use the Month, Week, or Day View to alter your calendar.Click the "A" adjacent to the date for which you want to add an event.Click "Add" to add an event for that date.Add
Info/Edit Group Below each event , you will see [D P# C# E S or U] username:guest. These letters provide additional information about the event as well as the means to alter the event. Info/Edit Group
The Info/Edit Group is always listed after Appointments, while it is listed after Calls and To Do items only in the Week and Day Views.
DeleteClick the "D" within the event's Info/Edit Group to delete it.Delete
PriorityThe number next to the "P" indicates the priority level of the event.Priority
Confidentiality The number next to the "C" indicates the confidentiality level of the event.Confidentiality
EditClick the "E" within the event's Info/Edit Group to edit it.Edit
Strike / Unstrike Click the "S" within the event's Info/Edit Group to strike through it. Click the "U" to unstrike the event.Strike / Unstrike
User:Group This indicates the user name and group of the person who scheduled the eventUser:Group
