Events Views


Each type of event has a view which details the appointments, calls, or to do items for a particular day. You can reach any of these views by clicking the appropriate icon on the Tool Bar. You can also navigate between the various event views for a particular day using the hyperlinked text at the bottom of the screen. At the bottom of an event view screen, WebCal will list how many of the other two types of events are scheduled for that date. Click on this hyperlinked text to access the corresponding view. Please see the paragraphs below for a more detailed explanation of each view.

Appointments View


The Appointments View details the scheduled appointments for the Working Date. To access the Appointments View, click the APPTS icon on the Tool Bar. Use the carets on either side of the icon to access the Appointments View screen for the next or previous date.

"Appointments to Attend" Scheduled appointments will appear on this side of the screen. You can use the letters in the brackets to alter the appointment or to get more information about it. To move the appointment to the "Appointments Attended" side of the screen, click the "S" in the Info/Edit Group below the appointment.

"Appointments Attended" Scheduled appointments that have been struck through will appear on this side of the screen. You can use the letters in the brackets to alter the appointment or to get more information about it. To move the appointment back to the "Appointments to Attend" side of the screen, click the "U" in the Info/Edit Group below the appointment.

Calls View


The Calls View details the scheduled calls for the Working Date. To access the Calls View screen, click the CALLS icon on the Tool Bar or click "# Call(s)" in the Month View. Use the carets on either side of the CALLS icon to access the Calls View screen for the next or previous date.

"Calls to Make" Scheduled calls will appear on this side of the screen. You can use the letters in the brackets to alter the call or to get more information about it. To move the call to the "Calls Made" side of the screen, click the "S" in the Info/Edit Group below the call.

"Calls Made " Scheduled calls that have been struck through will appear on this side of the screen. You can use the letters in the brackets to alter the call or to get more information about it. To move the call back to the "Calls to Make" side of the screen, click the "U" in the Info/Edit Group below the call.

To Do View


The To Do View details the scheduled To Do items for the Working Date. To access the To Do View, click the TO DO icon on the Tool Bar or click "# To Do(s)" in the Month View. Use the carets on either side of the TO DO icon to access the To Do View screen for the next or previous date.

"To Do" Scheduled To Do items will appear on this side of the screen. You can use the letters in the brackets to alter the To Do item or to get more information about it. To move the To Do item to the "Done" side of the screen, click the "S" in the Info/Edit Group below the To Do item.

"Done" Scheduled To Do items that have been struck through will appear on this side of the screen. You can use the letters in the brackets to alter the To Do item or to get more information about it. To move the To Do item back to the "To Do" side of the screen, click the "U" in the Info/Edit Group below the To Do item.

Events & Memos View


The Events & Memos View gives the most detailed report on all of the scheduled Appointments, Calls, To Do items, and their attached memos for a particular date. To access the Events & Memos View for the Working Date, click the MEMOS icon on the Tool Bar. To access the Events & Memos View for other dates, change the Working Date and then click the MEMOS icon or use the carets on either side of the MEMOS icon to access the Events & Memos View screen for the next or previous date.
