The field research leading to much that is presented on Rob's Granite Page has been funded by grants from the Geological Society of America, the Gulf Coast Association of Geological Societies and the Geology Foundation at the Department of Geological Sciences, the University of Texas.

The facilities of the former College of Natural Sciences Multimedia lab, and more importantly the advice of now former employee Reuben Reyes were crucial in the early (1995) production of photographic images for these pages.
