Are you interested in Majoring in Double Bass at one of the finest Universities in the World? UT Austin was ranked # 15 out of all of the world universities, the 2nd in public universities, according to a recent public survey poll. Austin is a haven for young bassists - the "Live Musical Capital of the World." There are currently openings in both the Graduate (Masters and Doctoral Programs) and Undergraduate (Bachelors Programs). There are substantial scholarships also available to talented students - Auditions are January 28, February11, and February 25. Degree programs are also available in the Jazz areas.
