McArthur (3/11/03 BSB General McArthur) is a true mini llama, measuring only 36" at the withers. However, he doesn't believe that size and stature are important in llama interactions. He does not back down even when his up-turned nose is lower than the down-turned nose of an opponent. He gets along well with our chickens and peafowl, and they sometimes take advantage of his good nature. He is a good PR llama, accompanying us to public events such as parades, churches, and demonstrations.
We purchased him from Sally and Bill Bacus Nov. 19, 2008.
