LOST IN AMERICA
Have you seen...

Jim Saum

James Saum, a piece of work. Jim was a military brat, widely believed to have been born in Hawaii. Nobody can be sure. Jim graduated from Harvard in 1969 and decided to enlist in the marines. They told Jim to get lost, and so he did. There are Saum sighting rumors that get started in the Cambridge, Massachusetts area from time to time, but nobody has really seen him. Thats a shame. Jim Saum is somebody you want to know. Yeah, yeah, he is talented and bright and witty, but so what. You couldn't have a better friend. Just ask David Sibley who went to school with Jim in Fort Lee.

Last confirmed Saum sighting: Needham, MA

John Banda

John Banda, originally from Malawi, graduated from the University of Washington in 1973. John married Sarah, lived in New Jersey for a while and moved to Portland, Oregon where John went into the coffee import business.  John and Sarah had a baby and then John and Sarah divorced and then John got lost.  It happens.  Some of John's Seattle friends may know where he is, like Hamamuti ChiKwahna and Sam Sonntag and Mumbo Emidi.

Phyllis Kramer, Cornell '70 and "cover girl" on the 1971 Radcliffe freshman photo register that contains the famous high-school picture of Bonnie Raitt, Radcliffe '72 (think Wampeter: "the pivot of a karass"). Phyllis, is now Phyllis Pfeiffer. Some more recent Phyllis Kramer Pheiffer sightings include the Marin Independent Journal in Novato and the Contra Costa Times in Walnut Creek... and footloose in Berkely, CA, of course... duh!  If you hear from Phyllis, tell her I have some pictures for her.
