This is the south side of the 1907 building. In
constrast to 1905, all the rooms open to the outside. You can see the
bike rack, gardening shed, part of the courtyard, and stairs going up to
the sun deck above. There is also a recycling area under the
stairs.
A quick word about pets--all pets must be approved by the membership before members move in. Dogs arenot permitted and all other pets need to beable to fit in a cage of reasonable size. Currently, the security deposits for cats is $200 per cat and at least $100 per pet for other animals. This amount is in addition to the standard $200 security deposit. Finally, all members with cats are required to live in 1907. We do have a house cat, Boogie-- maybe we will run into her somewhere around here.
