Every year the house sponsors an annual birthday party
in October honoring the founding of Laurel House. Typically, members
get all dressed up and then goes out to dinner at a nice restaurant.
Afterwards, people return home for coffee, desserts, dancing, and
conversation. The entire event is paid for by the house and is
organized by the house's social events coordinator. The pictures show
members gathering for dessert and coffee after dinner [left] and
several members dancing thenight away in the commons
