  1. Commuter Communication Systems, Inc. - Although background is dark, the text is white and links are yellow. Very readable. Graphics are harmonious. Useful information is provided at the top of the page, with less interesting material below.
  2. Eden Matrix - Like CCSI, above, this page uses a black background, white text, and yellow links. Useful information is at the top, with copyright and other information at the bottom. Spinning wheel logo is, at 90KB, bigger that it needs to be.
  3. Freeside Communications, Inc. - Main graphic combines logo and clickable image map of interesting and useful sites, both internal and

Bad Web Sites

  1. 88Net - Graphic design is an abhomination--no color coordination, little organization of material.
  2. Austin Internet Access - Big, content-free graphics. Have to page down twice to get to real information.
  3. BCS Inc. - Links to useful information are text, overwhelmed by flashing graphics.
  4.

Neutral Web Sites

  1. Database City - Consistent design, but links to features are buttons, alternative navigation options are on a different page. Link color (blue) too close to color of text.
