Mr. Rubarth-Lay is a Manager of Computing Services for the User Services department of Information Technology Services (ITS) at The University of Texas at Austin. His primary responsibilities include:
- Computer Technical Support
- Resolution of Windows and Macintosh technical support issues and technical support resource for the University community on-site at departmental, faculty and staff offices, through telephone, in person, and through e-mail.
