Dr. Margarita Arellano
Dr. Margarita Arellano has worked with the Office of the Dean of Students at The University of Texas at Austin since 1989, where she is presently an Associate Dean of Students. In her current role, she oversees four different areas that include: New Student Services, Campus and Community Involvement, Greek Life and Education and the Volunteer and Service Learning Center. She has been recognized on many occasions for her commitment to serving students and her work in higher education. Some of these include: the Eyes of Texas Award an award given by an anonymous student organization for excellence in service to students and to The University; The UT Parents Association Staff Merit Award given for her exceptional service to students; Educator of the Year Award given by INROADS for her strong commitment to the mission of education.

Kyle Clark
Kyle Clark is a student affairs administrator in the Office of the Dean of Students at the University of Texas, where he primarily works with orientation programs for new first-year and transfer students. Mr. Clark is also an instructor in the Department of Educational Psychology, where he is part of a teaching team for Intergroup Dialogue courses. He received his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Oklahoma State University and his Master's degree in higher education administration here at the University of Texas at Austin. Kyle advises two student organizations on campus and lends his support for communities of color throughout the University.

Dr. Betty Jeanne Wolfe Taylor
Betty Jeanne has been a staff member in the area of Greek Life and Education in the Office of the Dean of Students for the last six years. In 1999 she began at The University of Texas at Austin as a student affairs administrator and then became director of the area in 2002. In this capacity she works with the entire community which consists of five umbrella Greek councils including approximately 4,200 students. Betty Jeanne co-instructs two classes in the Department of Educational Psycology, Intergroup Dialogue and Greek Leadership. Betty Jeanne received her undergraduate degree in Communication and master's degree in Higher Education, both from the Florida State University. She has recently completed a Ph.D. in Educational Administration at UT Austin.

Ana Ixchel Rosal
Ana Ixchel Rosal currently serves as Director of the Gender and Sexuality Center at UT. She has over 12 years of experience planning, implementing and managing community-based cultural programs. She is also a diversity trainer, with experience conducting workshops on the elimination of racism, sexism, homophobia, and class-based oppression. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Rosal is now pursuing her Master's degree at UT Austin's LBJ School of Public Affairs.

Yvonne Fuentes
Yvonne Fuentes is a student affairs administrator in the Volunteer and Service Learning Center in the Office of the Dean of Students at the University of Texas. Yvonne came to the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 and has worked in the Red McCombs School of Business and the Multicultural Information Center. Currently, she advises the Student Volunteer Board and works closely with communities of color on campus and in the greater Austin community. Yvonne is a member of the Intergroup Dialogue team and co-instructs courses within the Department of Educational Psychology. She received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master's degree in higher education administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Felice M. Trirogoff
Felice Trirogoff is the Graduate Assistant for the Intergroup Dialogue Project at the University of Texas at Austin. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University in Public Relations with a concentration in Women and Gender Studies. After graduation, she joined Teach for America and taught English, SAT English at Women's Studies at Germantown High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Currently, she is a first year student at the LBJ School of Public Affairs where her interests include social entrepreneurship and non-profit branding and management. In addition to her responsibilities with the Intergroup Dialogue Project, she serves as the Graduate Public Affairs Council Community Service Co-Chair and is an active member of the Harvey Milk Society.
