The Vitessa 126 S electronic offers aperture-priority exposure, automatic film speed sensing, and zone focus, and was produced after the takeover of Voigtländer by Zeiss Ikon. Flash is provided by flashcubes powered (along with the CdS cell) by a PX21 battery. The current f-stop is displayed in the finder, as are parallax correction marks and LEDs warning against over- and underexposure. Also included are sockets for cable release and a tripod. The placement of the shutter release on the top left corner is unusual.
