This camera features shutter-priority autoexposure; a tripod socket and automatic film speed sensing are also included. Flash provision is by flashcubes powered by 2 AAA batteries. The lens ring is threaded for 49 mm filters, although the instructions don't mention this. When you press the shutter release halfway down, a needle in the finder indicates the f-stop selected for the current lighting conditions, and warns against over- and underexposure. This is the same system used by the Yashica EZ-Matic and the Sears EasiLoad Auto 600. This camera was also sold by Taron as the Taromatic F. Here is an ad for this camera from the May 1967 issue of Popular Photography.
