Extending Medicare to Eligible Beneficiaries in Mexico

 

 

Project Director

David C. Warner is a Professor of Public Affairs and holder of the Wilbur Cohen Professorship as a fellow at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, the University of Texas at Austin.  He has also been a visiting professor at the University of Texas School of Public Health since 1982.  His major teaching and research interests are in economics, health policy and health finance.
