Documentary

Following The Daily Texan article on the program published in the fall 2000, HCMP was approached by RTF majors at The University of Texas that were interested in filming a ten minute documentary on interns in the program. They wanted to see how committed individuals were able to shadow preceptors while handling school and maintaining a social life.  With the permission of the administrators at Brackenridge Hospital, Children's Hospital of Austin, and Texas Department of Health, a short production was filmed with the RTF students shadowing interns during their daily routines.  Thus, the video Shadows was created.
