This site is a must - many useful
resources and demos including IPA charts with sound files for each phonetic symbol. *** Plan on spending some time exploring this site. (Peter Ladefoged, UCLA)***

Interactive IPA Charts
by Paul Meier and Eric Armstrong. The advantage of this site is that when you click on a sound to hear it, it doesn't take you away from the chart (so you aren't constantly hitting the 'back' button).
Duck calls, MRIs of articulatory configurations for common vowels.
Interactive sagittal section
You can vary settings this demo to assume the articulatory
configuration for consonants; also gives the IPA symbol for the
consonants modelled.
