FALL FACULTY SALON EXHIBITION

Department of Art and Art History at
the University of Texas at Austin

Opening Saturday, September 8th, the Creative Research Laboratory presents Fall Faculty Salon Exhibition featuring recent work by faculty artists in Studio Art, Art Education, and Design at the Department of Art and Art History at the University of Texas at Austin. The opening reception will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Creative Research Laboratory.
This celebratory fall semester opening exhibition will feature a large number of works from a wide range of UT artists. Installed floor to ceiling, the works will blanket the gallery walls, offering a rich survey of recent works by the University's faculty artists.
To accompany this exhibition, the CRL will host the first annual Rapid Fire Slide Show in which participating artists will present a body of work in 4 minutes or less on Thursday, September 27th from 7-9pm (new date!!). This will be a fast pace exciting evening so don't miss it!
Creative Research Laboratory presents a year-round schedule of exhibitions of work by students and faculty at the University of Texas at Austin, and facilitates workshops, performances, demonstrations, seminars and collaborations.
Creative Research Laboratory is located in East Austin at 2832 East Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, inside Flatbed World Headquarters. There is ample free parking and bus service available on Capitol Metro's route 18. Creative Research Laboratory is open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The activities of the Department of Art and Art History and the Creative Research Laboratory are free and open to the public.
