How to Make a Kite:
Universal and Idiosyncratic

Two versions of an instruction manual on building a kite are presented here. The universal version is designed to be a legitimately functional guide on how to build a kite. The idiosyncratic version asks the rhetorical question, “Why on earth would you build your own kite?” by placing the instructions on a Viewmaster disc with the text in one eye and images of convenient items in the other eye.
