Sometime in the not so distant future, the Federation of Solar Planets (F.O.S.P.) has been taken over by a single corporation known as "Totalicorp". In an attempt to eradicate free will, Totalicorp has developed a breed of intersexual humans who operate as the working class. 5-Alphas, as they are known, voluntarily abdicate the responsibility of thinking for themselves and are essentially robots by choice. Between a predetermined schedule of work and downtime called "after-work," the 5-Alphas have no time to reflect on their mind-numbing lives and lack of hope or ambition. Rule of the day is, "Obey and Go Along with Orders".
