This work is a representation of the ancient image of the Tree of Life. Having been born from seed, the Tree contains not only the desire and potential to bloom but also the more sinister forces that underlie aspects of growth. The Tree conforms to its specific environment, yet presents the same coupling of tension and humor, sadness and beauty wherever it grows
