Dual Chair
Dual is a chair that allows for two sides to coexist. They both depend of the same formal structures of base, planes, and angles to achieve mirror symmetries of form within the structural grid of a chair. Formally, it creates a relationship of parallel existences and levels of meaning. It is a chair that goes either way up, or down, twisting in the middle, and allowing its structure to reveal accidentally the possibility of a seemingly pointless single function.
