Peephole Typology
This project is a typology of everyday objects, and through photography, alters one’s perception of the object. My typology communicates the idea of perceived space and privacy when one looks through a peephole in a door. What interest me about the peephole is that people never know when you are looking at them or in this case their door across from you. The apartment doors seen through peepholes begin to alter one’s perception of the object. I captured these images using an actual peephole fashioned to the lens of my camera.
