side Chaise
Side Chaise is an exploration in designing furniture for a particular personal need. I was familiar with the regal pose (the pose for which this chaise was designed) because it is the way I sit on my sofa at home. I designed a chair this pose because when sitting in my favorite position, I noticed a lack of support for my ribcage and an uncomfortable support system for my arms and feet.
