The Cosmos Foundation operates Harmony Science Academy (HSA), a tax-exempt, non-profit organization with eight publicly funded charter schools in the State of Texas.  Harmony Science Academy promotes academic excellence with special emphasis on achievement in math, science and college preparation.  HSA serves students from grades K-12.

The UT College of Engineering and Cosmos Foundation believe that their programs may be mutually strengthened through affiliation and cooperation with each other.
