Current Projects
Sarkar Lab: Producing High-school web-based modules on current conservation research and science (as related to National Science Education Standards/ Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for Science) and wed-based tutorials for conservation managers.
Dissertation: A Critical Analysis on Higher Education Constructs of Equity and Access in Science Education.
[Based on the theory of social reproduction, this study will attempt to spell out the conditions faced by Latino student involvement in the science education pipeline in higher education.]
