In the production phase, the component parts of the project are constructed and then assembled into the program. Storyboards and flowcharts are used as an architectural plan. Tasks are accomplished in the order designated by the PERT charts developed in the design phase. Production goals are focused towards the milestone completion dates established in the timelines that were built in the planning step. Various personnel associated with this step are: instructional designers, graphic artists, programmers, video specialists, sound technicians, animators, and writers.
