Troubleshooting Title

If you have problems downloading these Microsft Word files, you may want to check to see if your Netscape browser is set up properly for receiving these files. Go through the following steps and make sure your Netscape is set up as follows:


TROUBLESHOOT: DOWNLOAD FORMS IN BINHEXED WORD FORMAT (MACINTOSH)

  • Open Netscape Navigator
  • Pull-down the Options Menu
  • Select General Preferences
  • Click on Helpers Tab
  • Select - Description: Macintosh BinHex Archive/Handled by: StuffIt Expander
  • Click Edit Button

  • Click Browse Button - Go to Expander program on you machine and select StuffIt Expander Application - Click Open

  • You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader.
