Super Ranger

Super Ranger

I don't know why I didn't think if this before. After all, I've already built a Big Bertha, Ranger, Baby Bertha, Super Bertha (Broadsword), Big Bertha 24, and a Super Baby Bertha. It took an article on EMRR to jog this one to the front of the build queue. It's basically am Estes Broadsword with a 4 x 24mm (E length) motor mount. One step beyond a 2X Ranger. I used LOC tubing for the airframe and a custom nosecone from BMS. Other modifications include laser cut plywood fins, internal baffle system, zipperless construction, and 36" Spherachute attached with a custom sewn TN harness.
