Haughton reports Thomas and wife, Fennattie Watts were cousins, without specifying whether they were first cousins or not. - Any relation to Thomas Watts Sr. or Thomas Watts Jr., is unknown. - 4 children born in the marriage with Fennattie Watts - One source reports Thomas was born "before 1799" in VA, while another source reports that Thomas was born "ca.1771, VA". - According to Sandra Selph-Hunter this person was "Thomas (Tom) Watts", who was of mostly Native American ancestry.
