Anime Club Showing: June 5, 1998

The Anime Club at UT Austin starts its summer showings on June 5, 1998 at 7 pm in Welch 1.316. The showing is free and open to the public.

Please keep in mind that showing schedules are tentative, and are always subject to some changes. Programs are not necessarily listed here in the order they will be shown.

Unless otherwise noted, all scheduled programs are subtitled in English.

There will be no library break during the summer showings.

On the program are:

Martian Successor Nadesico #19-26

Marathon time! All the way to the end of the series, which ought to be quite a ride.

Saber Marionette J #1

"Saber J" is rather difficult to describe; in short, it's a bouncy action/comedy that's kind of a cross between Tenchi Muyou and Nuku-Nuku.

Neon Genesis Evangelion #1 and #2

Does this really need introduction?

All members of the university and local community are welcome to attend this presentation of the latest and greatest in Japanese animation. The showing will run until roughly midnight, so please come when you can. We look forward to having you there!
