Physical training (PT) is conducted Monday, Tuesday
and Thursday, in which cadets are required to attend at least two of the days listed
and are conducted at Clark Field, Gregory Gym (GRE), and the Recreational Sport
Center (RSC). The Cadet Wing Physical Fitness Officer (PFO) and his or her assistant are responsible for planning and
executing the workouts each morning. Cadets participate in calisthenics, cardio
and strength training workouts. This will prepare you for the Physical Fitness
Test (PFT) all cadets must pass each semester. In addition to workouts, cadets
also participate in teambuilding games and competitive sports.
