Architecture

majors are seen first; non-majors can make an appointment if there is room appointments for non-majors after the 12th class day application process; fall semester only

Business

majors only; direct students to info sessions and to web page appointments available for non-majors who have attended an info session application process; admissions made for the fall semester only

Communication

majors only; direct students to info sessions appointments available after first 2 weeks of class; info sessions offered throughout the year application process; admissions made each semester

Education

non-majors have access to advisors non-majors have access to advisors except during peak times on-going admission

Engineering

majors only; direct students to info sessions and to web page appointments available for non-majors who have attended an info session application process; admissions made each semester

Fine Arts

currently admitted majors only; handouts available suggesting which electives non-majors can take. Degree requirements on-line. 'Four Year Plans' at Fine Arts Dean's Student Division Office, DFA 2.4 appointments available for non-majors after 2nd week of classes. Not available to non-majors during official advising periods for majors. application process; fall semester only for T D and Art/ARH. Music applicants can audition for spring semester in November: only one audition date scheduled.

Liberal Arts

college meeting normally open to non-majors; not possible this summer (2005) due to high volume appointments available for non-majors no application process; on-going admissions; however HMN, PSY and Plan II have an application process

Natural Sciences

majors and those intending to major in CNS are welcome to attend College meeting. advisors available to non-majors no application process; on-going admissions, however pre-CS and CS require application process

Nursing

pre-nursing majors only; please direct students to prospective student information sessions; check requirements to change majors open to non-majors application process; fall admission only

Pharmacy

no summer orientation; students admitted to the School of Pharmacy should not attend CNS orientation; they orient students in the fall appointments available for non-majors application process; fall admission only

Social Work

summer orientations for new and transferring students appointments available for non-majors on-going admission; application to the major in both fall and spring
