Saul Alinsky, renowned for his creation of effective, creative tactics for social change groups. He will be judging theVAV events keeping in mind his prescrptions for such groups in Rules for Radicals: A Practical Primer for Realistic Radicals. In this work he outlines a set of rules for social change groups.

Austin Gilliland is a student in Communication Studies 340k - Communication and Social Change where she has studied several movements - both successful and not - during the past semester. She will judge the events based on her observations of successful movements and as a college student, a member of the target audience of Voices Against Violence.

Arash Ebrahimi is a leader in Voices Against Violence. One of the only males associated with the movement, he often comes in to conflict with establishment forces over what is an appropriate way to spread the anti-domestic violenc/sexual assault messages. He will judge events based on his personal feelings of success for the movement.*

The Counseling and Mental Health Center is an office of The Univsersity of Texas at Austin and will judge based on their concern for higher authority, the interest of renewing their grant to fund VAV, and their concern for the counseling aspects of the issue.
