Schedules for Summer 2008
All showings are free and open to the public.
All schedules are tentative and subject to change. In the event of a change in the schedule, we will do our best to notify members via the mailing list. However, we cannot guarantee that things will not change at the last possible moment (although we do of course try to avoid this).
The current week’s and the next week’s schedules are e-mailed to the mailing list each week, usually on the Thursday before the showing. Special announcements such as room changes, late starts, etc. are also included in these announcements (in addition to being posted to the main news page).
Unless otherwise noted, all scheduled programs, with the exception of items shown during the break, are shown in Japanese with English subtitles. (Break items are in Japanese only, unless indicated otherwise.)
Schedules for previous semesters can be found in the archives.

Time and Place
Showings usually begin at 7:00 PM and last until around midnight, with a roughly 15- to 20-minute break starting around 8:45. Sometimes the room that we use is not available until 7:30 (due to an exam or other class-related room reservation that takes precedence over ours). In such an event (which usually occurs at least twice per semester), we will post a message to the mailing list as well as on the main news page. We will also make an announcement during the meeting the week before, but the web site and the mailing list are always considered the official channel regarding news of schedule changes.
Showings are held in Welch Hall room 1.316 (in the first basement level). Other club business, including voting, announcements, etc., takes place in this room as well. (Most official business takes place during the break period in the middle of the meeting.) Welch Hall is located at the southwest corner of Speedway and 24th Street. If you do not know how to get to campus, send us an e-mail and we will be happy to provide more detailed directions.

Saturday Marathons
We also periodically hold Saturday Marathons. These special Saturday showings are held in the usual location, unless otherwise stated on the schedule for the event. Start times vary depending on what (and how much) is being shown; Saturday Marathons may be held in the afternoon (typically from 2:00 to around 8:00), or may be held later in the evening (starting around 6:00 or 7:00 and running until around midnight). A dinner break is often scheduled during longer evening runs, and snacks and refreshments are sold throughout.
Saturday Marathons are used to show titles that do not otherwise appear in the lineup, so you needn't worry about missing an episode of one of our regular weekly shows if you are unable to make it to a weekend event.
