      My book on U.S. politics post-9/11 is Citizens of the Empire: The Struggle to Claim Our Humanity, was published in 2004 by City Lights Books.
      Recent articles and essays are online, including writings on 9/11 and the "war on terrorism", race, racism and white privilege, and gender, sexuality and pornography.
      A book based on this work, Writing Dissent: Taking Radical Ideas from the Margins to the Mainstream, is available from Peter Lang Publishing.

--Activist in the feminist movement against sexual violence and the exploitation of the commercial sex industry. My most recent article was published in MS Magazine. I am the co-author of Pornography: The Production and Consumption of Inequality.
